Lousy customer service, unreliable, unaccountable e-store…..
I have been their long time customer since 2003 and their service used to be great.

Not anymore!! Their people skill has gone downhill dramatically.
Not only they don't reply to your inquiry promptly, if something goes wrong with your order, good luck....once they got your money, they don't give a damn. Just last year, I didn't receive my combined order which was shipped as registered parcel with tracking number & insurance coverage.
All I got was a late reply telling me to contact my local post office regarding the lost parcel or wait till the end of this "grace" period (which is 12 weeks after the parcel was shipped out) for the delivery method I chose. Until then, no refund nor any assistance can be offered.
I have already closed my account. It is just too risky to buy from them.
